Late Night Shopping

When faced with a tough challenge, we are always ready to jump into action.

Our sales team were called by a well known store fitting company to see if we could help them; they needed to transport a full trailer load from Poole in Dorset over to a Habitat store in Helsinki, Finland, for delivery at 9pm on a Monday night but the goods wouldn't be ready until the previous Thursday morning.

We scratched our heads. Then we checked shipping lines and found the one feasible solution available - shipping from Tilbury to arrive in Helsinki on the Monday - and were the only company who could solve the problem.
The driver was on site at 8.30pm ready to unload and the shop opened the following day for business as usual - all in a day's work for the Barrington team!
